The Opportunity
As a

Tire Sales Specialist

,

you’ll

work inside a premium OEM dealership, using your tire knowledge to guide customers, drive sales, and deliver

an exceptional

service experience.

What

You’ll

Do
Sell tires on the service drive and exceed sales goals

Inspect vehicles and

identify

tire needs

Diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and provide

accurate

quotes

Ensure services are completed as promised

Build strong relationships with customers and dealership staff

Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction

Support inventory, store operations, and technician coordination

What

We’re

Looking For
2+ years of tire industry experience (required)
(Retail tire, service, or dealership experience strongly preferred)

Customer-facing experience with a sales mindset

Strong communication

and relationship-building skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced service drive environment

Basic computer

proficiency

(MS Office, order systems)

Physical Requirements
On your feet 7–8 hours per shift

Able to inspect 80–100 vehicles per day

Lift up to 75
