Key Responsibilities

• Provide post-anesthesia nursing care to patients in the PACU and pre-operative settings
• Float to additional PACU/Pre-op locations as needed based on staffing requirements
• Participate in on-call rotation, including one 24-hour weekend call per month (Saturday or Sunday, 0700–0700), two weeknight calls per month (1900–0700), and holiday rotation per unit policy
• Complete required learning modules prior to and during the assignment
• Maintain active ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)

Required Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions
• Minimum of 24 months of PACU experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active PALS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Valid driver's license required to verify residency

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments to support placement efficiency
• Experience in a Level II Trauma Center or similarly complex acute care environment
