Interim Litigation Attorney

Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Interim Legal Talent group is seeking an Interim Litigation Attorney to assist for the next 12+ months. Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced commercial litigation attorney to assist on an interim basis. Company: Law firm. Experience: 8+ years of real estate or commercial litigation. Location: Tampa Responsibilities Include: Manage discovery in complex litigation, including document production, written discovery, and privilege review. Take and defend depositions. Draft motions, briefs, and other dispositive and non-dispositive filings. Argue summary judgment and other motions in court. Produce high-quality written work product under deadline pressure. Interface directly with clients and opposing counsel throughout the life of a matter. Prioritize and manage a varied caseload of real estate litigation and other complex commercial, regulatory, and litigation matters.
