In this dynamic role, you will spend your workday on the phone assisting members with complex coverage inquiries, Medicare details, enrollment changes, and billing solutions. This full-time role offers paid, comprehensive virtual training to give you all the tools and knowledge needed to succeed. Please note that during the initial 90-day onboarding and training period, work and training take place on-site at our local facility, giving you direct access to team support as you learn. Because attendance is vital to mastering these skills, full attendance is strictly required during the first 90 days. Operating hours for this center run Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 9:30 PM and Saturday through Sunday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST. Candidates must have flexible availability to work assigned shifts within these operational hours, including required weekend shifts once moving into full production. Salary: $19.56 - $19.57 per hour. Shift: First. Work hours: 7 AM - 9:30 PM. Education: High School. Position Summary Serve as a Member Services Representative handling inbound calls regarding plan coverage, claims, eligibility, and billing. Maintain strict confidentiality and deliver exceptional customer care. Key Responsibilities Answer high-volume inbound calls from plan members with accuracy and empathy. Assist members with benefit details, enrollment changes, Medicare inquiries, and premium billing. Use multiple computer systems to research information and resolve inquiries on the first call. Accurately document all customer interactions in compliance with privacy guidelines. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (call center or healthcare experience preferred). High-speed hardwired internet (20 Mbps upload/download required). Excellent verbal communication, typing, and multi-tasking skills. Must be available to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings until 9:30 PM MT.
