Behavior Technician - Make a Difference in the Lives of Children with Autism

At Imagination ABA Therapy, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team of professionals committed to providing high-quality, individualized services to children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs. As a BT , you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to deliver evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that promotes meaningful skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Implement ABA therapy interventions in a variety of settings, including homes and community based locations

• Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and track progress

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions and client progress

• Provide ongoing support to clients and their families to ensure successful implementation of therapy strategies

• Participate in staff training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements:

• RBT certification is preferred but not required

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience preferred

• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
