Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup of construction sites, including preparing materials and tools.
- Preparing and cleaning up construction sites, using tools such as shovels and brooms.
- Follow supervisor instructions and perform tasks in a timely and safe manner.
- Operate hand tools and power tools as needed.
- Help with concrete mixing, laying foundations, framing and other tasks as directed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Perform other duties as required by site management.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation.
- Traveling to various jobsites when needed.
- Ability to handle physically demanding work, including occasional heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and working in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team player attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks as directed.
