At Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty – The Salas Team, we're looking for a dependable and organized Real Estate Sales Support Administrator to help our sales team stay focused, organized, and productive.

This is an opportunity to put your real estate knowledge and people skills to work in a support role where your contribution matters every day. Instead of focusing on sales quotas and commissions, you'll help agents manage the details, coordinate daily activities, and keep important tasks moving forward.

• Compensation: $15 hour + commission opportunities

$12 - $15 hourly

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate appointments, showings, and walkthroughs.

• Communicate with clients, agents, and team members.

• Maintain accurate client records and activity using the team's CRM.

• Support daily office operations and follow-up tasks.

What you bring (must-haves):

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.

• Licensed agents (or pursuing a real estate license) welcome; transaction experience preferred.

Nice-to-haves:

• Familiarity with CRMs, MLS, and transaction management platforms.

What success looks like at 6 months:

• Smooth closings, reduced errors/delays, positive agent feedback.

• Consistent appointment quotas met, conversion rates improving, and predictable income.
