We're looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our rehab team in Rifle, Colorado-an outdoor enthusiast's paradise between the Rocky Mountains and the Colorado River. This role covers inpatient and outpatient care, offering the chance to work with a diverse patient population on individualized recovery plans. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgery
• Deliver skilled therapy in both inpatient and outpatient environments
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and care strategies
• Document treatment progress and update care plans accordingly

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or eligible Colorado PT licensure
• Strong clinical reasoning, adaptability, and a commitment to patient-centered care
