Physical Therapist - Inpatient & Outpatient Setting: Hospital-based inpatient and outpatient care Schedule: Full-time | Flexible scheduling available We're looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our rehab team in Rifle, Colorado-an outdoor enthusiast's paradise between the Rocky Mountains and the Colorado River. This role covers inpatient and outpatient care, offering the chance to work with a diverse patient population on individualized recovery plans. - Provide evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgery
- Deliver skilled therapy in both inpatient and outpatient environments
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and care strategies
- Document treatment progress and update care plans accordingly
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or eligible Colorado PT licensure
- Strong clinical reasoning, adaptability, and a commitment to patient-centered care
