As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth airport journey for passengers from check-in to takeoff. Your Role in the Passenger’s Journey: Welcome and assist passengers through check-in, boarding, and arrival processes Accurately review travel documents and issue boarding passes Offer bilingual assistance to travelers with questions or concerns Communicate clearly with passengers, coworkers, and airline staff Help maintain a smooth flow of operations in the terminal Ensure compliance with airline procedures and safety standards Contribute to a team that thrives on cooperation, respect, and high-quality service What We’re Looking For: Exceptional Customer Service Skills – You thrive in face-to-face interactions and can create a welcoming experience for all passengers. 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Must be available to work at least 4 days per week, including weekends and holidays.
