Duties

• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through various channels.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and potential for long-term success within the company.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic talent management solutions.
• Utilize negotiation skills to extend offers, discuss employment contracts, and facilitate employment & labor law compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and hiring metrics.
• Collaborate with HR teams on employee orientation programs, employee evaluation processes, and succession planning efforts.
• Lead generation activities including cold calling potential candidates and leveraging social media platforms for talent outreach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or internal recruiting within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
• Familiarity with HR sourcing tools such as Indeed and ZipRecruiter
• Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices across all levels of staffing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions efficiently.
• Experience with social media management for talent acquisition purposes is a plus.
• Ability to conduct effective interviewing techniques that evaluate both technical expertise and cultural fit.
• Strong research skills to identify new sourcing opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends in HR technology.
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally within HR and business teams.
