What You'll Earn
Average earnings range from $60,000-$80,000+ annually through an hourly base, commissions, and bonuses.

Ideally, this person will support our Tosa, Brookfield, Grafton, and Pleasant Prairie store locations. 

Top performers have significant earning potential ($100K+) while helping customers improve their quality of life.

What You'll Do

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with customers
• Build trust and uncover customer needs
• Recommend solutions through a proven consultative sales process
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers
• Manage a personal book of business
• Generate referrals and positive customer reviews
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
• Work independently during scheduled store shifts when needed

Strong Backgrounds Include
Furniture sales, automotive sales, mattress sales, wireless sales, insurance sales, home improvement sales, fitness membership sales, medical sales, financial services sales, and other commission-based sales environments

Schedule
Weekdays: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Our whole sales team works weekends and has 2 days off during the week.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a weekly basis
• Ability to reach overhead into shelving units to maintain inventory
• Ability to work independently in a store during scheduled shifts
