Pay: $15–$19 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and teas
• Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders
• Operate cash register and process payments efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and equipment
• Restock supplies such as cups, lids, syrups, and ingredients
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Answer customer questions regarding menu items and recommendations
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service role is required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

• Knowledge of espresso machines and coffee preparation techniques
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask efficiently
• Passion for coffee and customer service

Working Conditions

• Fast-paced environment with potential for extended hours during peak service times.
• Varied shifts depending on operating, event, and train schedules.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday work expected, especially during special events. Some of which might be outside normal job responsibilities.
• Work is indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Required anti-slip footwear.
• Work requires extensive standing, reaching, and bending.
• Work requires social contact with Guests and Team Members.
• Occasional exposure to very hot or very cold temperatures.
• Exposure to hot beverages and equipment.
• Frequent work in a noisy, distracting, and fast-paced environment.
• Occasional need for personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Occasional exposure to hazardous situations and contaminants.
