Job Description

The Process Sustaining Engineering Technician supports manufacturing operations through hands-on troubleshooting, equipment support, and process improvement activities. This role requires strong electromechanical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated production environment. The Technician is responsible for identifying and resolving equipment issues, supporting process stability, and ensuring accurate documentation of all work performed. The ideal candidate must be comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing production needs.

Essential Skills

• Hands-on electromechanical troubleshooting experience.

• Experience in mechanical assembly, electrical troubleshooting, and automation system interfacing.
• Comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in mechanical assembly, electrical troubleshooting, and interfacing with automation systems is beneficial.

Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and regulated, requiring the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and adapt to rapid priority changes. Technicians may need to travel between sites as needed. The role is hands-on, focusing on electromechanical troubleshooting, mechanical assembly, and interfacing with automation systems. Accurate record-keeping is crucial in this regulated manufacturing setting. 2nd and 3rd shift differentials available.

This is a Contract position based out of Carlsbad, CA.

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $37.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Carlsbad,CA.
