I've been a State Farm Agent since 2018, after spending 15 years learning the business firsthand as a team member in my mom's agency. Today, I lead a passionate and experienced team of seven with over 40 years of combined industry knowledge. Our mission is simple: to deliver the most remarkable service in town.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jasmine Ross - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in Westland.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
• I am a third generation State Farm agent.
• I am a proud graduate of The University of Michigan - Ann Arbor.
