Regal Staffing Services is hiring dependable Assemblers for a leading electronics manufacturer in Plano, TX. This is a long-term opportunity for candidates with assembly, warehouse, manufacturing, production, or general labor experience.
Pay & Schedule
Training: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | $15.00/hour
Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | $15.00/hour
Must be available for mandatory overtime and Saturdays as needed based on production requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform light assembly of electronic components, cables, and wire harnesses
- Pull, organize, and prepare materials for production
- Pack, label, and palletize finished products
- Assist with general warehouse and production tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Use basic hand tools as needed
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, assembly, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50–70 lbs., as required by the position
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work required overtime

Debe tener disponibilidad para trabajar tiempo extra obligatorio y sábados según las necesidades de producción.
Responsabilidades
- Realizar ensamble ligero de componentes electrónicos, cables y arneses
- Surtir, organizar y preparar materiales para producción
- Empacar, etiquetar y colocar productos terminados en tarimas
- Apoyar con tareas generales de almacén y producción
- Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada
- Utilizar herramientas manuales básicas según sea necesario
Requisitos
- Se prefiere experiencia en almacén, manufactura, producción, ensamblaje o trabajo general
- Capacidad para permanecer de pie durante períodos prolongados
- Capacidad para levantar hasta 50–70 libras, según los requisitos del puesto
- Debe pasar una verificación de antecedentes y una prueba de drogas
- Asistencia confiable y disponibilidad para trabajar tiempo extra
