Assistant Manager

Flynn Group is the largest Applebee's franchisee and operates Wendy's restaurants. We are looking for an Assistant Manager to lead our team and ensure excellent service and food quality. Assistant Manager Responsibilities As an Assistant Manager, you will lead by example, coach and develop team members, help run the business with high energy and adherence to standards, and manage time, organization, and communication effectively. Compensation Wendy's® Assistant Manager: $20 to $23.50 per hour based on experience and restaurant location. Eligible for profit share bonuses.
