Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who values patient relationships, enjoys educating patients about oral health, and appreciates having the time to deliver comprehensive, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and periodontal charting.
• Obtain diagnostic radiographs and perform thorough oral health assessments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and periodontal health.
• Collaborate with dentists and clinical team members to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with infection control and OSHA guidelines.
• Deliver a comfortable, positive experience for every patient.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
• Active Ohio Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing.
• Current local anesthesia certification (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for preventive dentistry and patient education.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
