Manufacturing HR Manager: Build Talent, Drive Compliance

Corle Building Systems Inc.

Corle Building Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead all aspects of human resources at our Imler, PA site.

You will drive recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and employee relations while supporting a manufacturing workforce and partnering with operations leadership. The role requires five years of progressive HR experience, including three as an HR Generalist, plus strong knowledge of employment laws.
