The right candidate understands that great F&I performance is about more than product penetration—it requires strong lender relationships, clean paperwork, compliance, effective menu presentation, and the ability to structure deals that make sense for both the customer and the dealership.If you're competitive, process-driven, customer-focused, and ready to perform in a high-volume environment, we want to talk to you.**Only Candidates With Previous Automotive Finance Experience Will Be Considered**What You'll DoAs a Finance Manager, you will work directly with our sales management team, customers, and lending partners to finalize vehicle transactions and maximize each opportunity.Responsibilities include:Present financing options, vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, maintenance plans, and other F&I products in a professional and transparent mannerStructure retail and lease transactions to maximize approvals, profitability, and customer satisfactionDevelop and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, captive lenders, and other finance sourcesSecure competitive approvals for customers across a wide range of credit profilesMaintain strong PVR, product penetration, and overall F&I performanceEnsure all contracts, disclosures, funding packages, and supporting documentation are complete and accurateMaintain strict compliance with federal, state, lender, manufacturer, and dealership requirementsWork closely with sales managers and sales consultants to ensure a smooth transition from the sales floor into the finance officeReview deal structure and identify opportunities to improve approvals and profitabilityMonitor contracts in transit and assist in resolving funding issues quicklyProtect the customer experience while maintaining the dealership's financial objectivesMaintain accurate records and follow all Hudson Automotive Group policies and proceduresWhat We're Looking ForOur ideal candidate is a closer, a problem solver, and a professional who understands how to produce without sacrificing the customer experience.Preferred qualifications:Previous automotive F&I/Finance Manager experience strongly preferredProven track record of strong F&I production and product penetrationStrong understanding of automotive lending and deal structureExperience working with prime, near-prime, and credit-challenged customersStrong lender relationships and ability to effectively communicate with finance sourcesExcellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skillsStrong attention to detail and documentationThorough understanding of F&I compliance and ethical selling practicesAbility to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environmentStrong organizational and time-management skillsTeam-first attitude with the ability to work effectively with sales and managementValid driver's license and acceptable driving recordWhy Rock Hill Nissan?Rock Hill Nissan offers the opportunity to join a dealership focused on volume, growth, customer experience, and profitability while being backed by the resources and stability of Hudson Automotive Group.We are looking for someone who wants more than another finance office.
