Details Location: Reno, Nevada | Full-time | On-site in a collaborative office where you\'ll work closely with experienced litigators and have significant courtroom exposure. Note: Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Nevada and have 4+ years of litigation experience. Experience in defense litigation, medical malpractice, healthcare law, or insurance defense is strongly preferred. Confidential Employer. Job Description Manage complex litigation matters from case inception through trial. Develop litigation strategy and advise clients throughout all phases of litigation. Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery, legal memoranda, and settlement agreements. Conduct and defend depositions, attend mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and trials. Provide strategic legal analysis and case evaluations. Mentor and collaborate with junior attorneys and legal support staff. Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives. Deliver outstanding client service while managing multiple active litigation matters. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active membership in the Nevada State Bar. 4+ years of litigation experience. Strong knowledge of Nevada State and Federal court procedures. Excellent legal writing, research, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills. Proven ability to independently manage litigation matters. Medical malpractice, healthcare law, or insurance defense experience preferred.
