About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead its Dental Support Organization (DSO) channel and drive profitable revenue growth and an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include developing and executing go-to-market strategies, leading the full-cycle sales process, building key market relationships, and ensuring the sales organization is structured to scale. The role also involves setting performance expectations, monitoring results, developing incentive programs, and identifying technology opportunities to support customer demand. The Vice President will build and develop a high-performing team and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to address customer, market, and business challenges. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage. At least 10 years of experience leading sales teams and delivering profitable results in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment is required, along with experience in the dental industry; DSO channel experience is strongly preferred. Applicants should bring strong sales strategy, people leadership, analytical, financial, and business skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office is expected, and the role requires substantial travel.
