This role is expected to grow the portfolio through solicitation of new loans from existing customers and business owners as well as establishing new key relationships and increase their book of business. Commercial Relationship Managers perform regularly scheduled business development calls and promote F&M Bank’s services including Deposit accounts, Treasury Management solutions, and Retail products Commercial Relationship Managers should be able to demonstrate unparalleled negotiating skills while discussing credit, fees, interest rates, and loan structures Commercial Relationship Managers need to have a strong understanding of commercial lending policies, programs and procedures, and the ability to follow federal and state regulations and laws Who are we looking for?
