This pivotal role is focused on owning and executing the enterprise strategy, ensuring the health of the franchise system, and driving long-term value creation. The successful candidate will be tasked with building a brand that is not only scalable but also profitable for franchisees, with a strong emphasis on unit economics and franchisee success. As the CEO, you will be responsible for setting the vision, building the operating system, and assembling a high-performance leadership team to take the brand to national relevance while maintaining brand integrity and protecting franchisee economics. The ideal CEO for this role will have a proven track record in a senior executive position within franchising, restaurants, or multi-unit retail, with a deep understanding of franchise economics and a strong operational background. Key responsibilities include leading and building an executive team, driving disciplined franchise development, and ensuring operational excellence across the system. The role also involves partnering with the Board and ownership group on strategic initiatives, capital allocation, and performance. The successful candidate will be a high-integrity leader, capable of balancing growth with system health, and will be expected to lead through change as the company professionalizes its structure and leadership.
