You will work across engineering, design, data, compliance, and go-to-market teams to bring new products from concept through launch and optimization. Your work will help shape scalable embedded finance experiences that support the future of digital commerce.What you'll do:Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for embedded finance offerings, including payments, card issuing, lending, and banking-as-a-service solutionsLead the full product lifecycle from discovery, requirements definition, and prioritization through launch and post-launch optimizationPartner with engineering, design, data, compliance, and go-to-market teams to translate business objectives into clear product requirements and technical specificationsEvaluate and integrate third-party partners and services that strengthen the core platform and improve speed to marketDesign and enhance payment and financial service capabilities that improve user experience, scalability, and platform reliabilityUse key performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs), customer feedback, and operational metrics to prioritize investments and measure product outcomesPartner with customer support and cross-functional stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and resolve production issues in a timely mannerEmbed regulatory and risk considerations, including anti-money laundering (AML), know your customer (KYC), and data privacy requirements, into product design and deliveryResponsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.Experience you'll need to have:6+ years of experience in product management delivering digital products, platforms, or financial technology solutions from concept through launch and optimization6+ years of experience building and scaling consumer-facing applications with large user bases and measurable business outcomesExperience using data analytics, KPIs, OKRs, and product performance metrics to inform prioritization, roadmap decisions, and success measurementExperience communicating complex technical concepts, product tradeoffs, and roadmap decisions to executive stakeholders and external partnersAbility to manage competing priorities and deliver high-value initiatives across cross-functional teams in a regulated or technically complex environmentBachelor's degree or higher in business, computer science, engineering, finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experienceExperience that would be great to have:Experience with payment rails, money movement, lending or credit products, or other regulated financial services environmentsExperience developing products for enterprise or high-profile clients and collaborating with external partner organizationsExperience working with core banking and ledgering platformsExperience delivering embedded finance or banking-as-a-service solutionsHow you'll work:This role is on-site Monday through Friday.
