Salary: $200,000 - $220,000 per year A bit about us: We’re expanding aggressively in California, and this Area Manager will have the unique opportunity to shape the direction of our Northern California Division. We’re seeking a humble, collaborative, and adaptive leader—someone with deep expertise in water infrastructure who listens first, pivots quickly, and inspires teams to drive growth and excellence. - Maintain a strong culture of safety, quality and teamwork.
- Oversee project acquisition, estimating, and procurement strategies.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Develop and mentor project teams, ensuring long-term leadership continuity.
- Build and maintain strong client and engineer relationships.
- 8+ years of experience in heavy civil or water/wastewater infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large projects or multiple teams.
- Strong background in financial management, estimating, and scheduling.
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
