Job Description

The CHANEL Atelier Fragrance Guide is responsible for facilitating the guest's fragrance experience. They are the guest's first resource for product guidance and has the primary responsibility for the guest's journey. The Fragrance Guide is an integral part of the Atelier experience in which they are tasked with connecting the guest with the appropriate product that fits their needs and guiding them throughout their experience in the Atelier. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative i.e., actor/performer with the ability to memorize the details of the entire CHANEL parfum library and provide the Fragrance Discovery to each individual guest as their own unique experience. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES - Give a smile and warm welcome for every guest that enters the Atelier creating a true sense of belonging for all - Support & assist guests as they navigate through the Atelier, encouraging profile usage, experiencing products, and generously offer to accommodate in any way on guest experience. - Provides guests product knowledge, price, ingredients, usage, inspiration, provenance, recycling initiatives, booking of services and events, etc. - Lead in providing virtual and in-person services support - Share CHANEL's unique philosophy and artisanal approach to fragrance - Storytelling around the guest's preferred scent(s) including composition, ingredients, inspiration - Network & promote Atelier Parfum services with guests and local community - Support, troubleshoot and document any guest profile issues - Assist in pulling fragrance product in preparation for events or guests' services - Support in fulfilling guests' orders with a high level of comfort in transacting sales using technology systems - Package products purchased by guests in line with visual merchandising standards - Support in restock and management of all guest amenities

Qualifications

• Passion for Fragrance and demonstrated passion for the beauty industry and skills in guest-centric fragrance experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Reliable team player who shows willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• A multi-tasking pro who can flex between several focuses or projects at a time.
• Basic ability to use technology and curiosity to learn new systems
• High school education or equivalent required The anticipated base salary range for this position is 22.45-25.75 per hour. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other components [may/will] include additional compensation, benefits and perks.

Location
