As a Field Service Engineer, you will dazzle customers with top-notch service and complete assignments to repair and maintain office machines accurately and swiftly. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc) Respond to customer requests and assist end users in basic functionality. Setup machines and provide networking support for customers. Develop a great working relationship with the customers in your territory. Utilize websites, technical manuals, handbooks, and technical publications to keep current with new equipment and enhancements to older machines. Qualifications Positive, friendly, and supportive attitude. Meticulously detailed with customer service superpowers. Strong proficiency in mechanical and electrical systems. Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
