Responsibilities:

- Handle caseload of traffic, misdemeanors and felonies in Charlotte, Lee, Collier and Sarasota Counties. You will be responsible to meet with clients, review discovery, appear in court and negotiate with prosecutors.

- Your preparation is critical, but your ability to think on your feet and communicate well is tantamount to your success in this position.

- Collaborate – you will be working directly with the managing partner of the firm.

Qualifications:

- Possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

- Boast a background as a criminal law attorney, ideally as an associate or as an Assistant State Attorney or Assistant Public Defender exemplifying your dedication to safeguarding the rights of the accused.

- Radiate empathy and build profound connections with clients, colleagues, and legal professionals.
