To support a growing initiative addressing student mental health, the part-time Pennsylvania Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide teletherapy and mental health assessments to middle and high school students, collaborating with school staff and families in a fully remote, contract-based role. Key responsibilities Deliver mental health assessments and teletherapy to students in partner school districts Engage in case discussions with interdisciplinary team members to enhance care strategies Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with school leadership and families to address mental health needs Required qualifications Active Pennsylvania license to independently deliver mental health care (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, etc.) Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related fields Experience with telehealth delivery and therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT Strong technological skills, including familiarity with electronic health record systems and virtual communication tools Availability to provide services during and after typical school hours (3-8 pm Eastern Time)
