Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to establish individualized care plans.

  Engage in regular progress evaluations to monitor patients' advancements and adjust therapeutic interventions accordingly to ensure optimal mental health outcomes.

  Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records, reports, and clinical information, utilizing current technology to adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal procedures.

  Collaborate with patients, their families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop holistic treatment plans that address individual goals and cultural factors affecting well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse patient population that includes individuals with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree in Social Work is a non-negotiable requirement.

  Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

  Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting items up to twenty-five (25) pounds when necessary.

  A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health counseling environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
