PRN Registered Nurse- (RN) Home Care Assesments

Benefits Mileage Reimbursement Paid Sick Time Flexible schedule Paid time off Just-In Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse to join our team on a PRN basis to conduct client assessments and assist with caregiver training. This role is ideal for nurses looking for flexible supplemental income while making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals receiving care in their homes. Responsibilities Conduct initial in-home client assessments Perform routine client reassessments and update care plans as needed Provide caregiver training and competency evaluations Communicate clinical observations and recommendations to the office team Maintain accurate and timely documentation Compensation Initial Client Assessment: $90 per visit Client Re-Assessment: $60 per visit Caregiver Training / Administrative Time: $35 per hour Qualifications Active RN license in the state with 2+ years experience Home care, hospice, geriatric, or community health experience preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Reliable transportation for local client visits About Just-In Home Care Just-In Home Care is one of the fastest-growing home care companies in the Baltimore metro area.
