Your Responsibilities
  • Conduct Full-Cycle Searches : From understanding intake requirements to successful placements.
  • Be a Partner to Clients : Comprehend their recruitment challenges, cultural nuances, and operational needs.
  • Strategic Sourcing : Utilize our innovative CRM/ATS while leveraging your personal network and other effective recruiting tools.
  • Maximize Our Platform : Efficiently manage candidates, streamline outreach, automate necessary follow-ups, and stay organized.
  • Focus on Permanent Placements : Prioritize opportunities that generate lasting value for our clients, ensuring you earn significant commissions.
  • Lead in Thought Leadership : Play a key role in promoting our shared brand identity.

The Ideal Candidate
  • 2 to 3+ years in agency recruiting or consultative sales roles.

  • Proficient in managing client relationships and successfully closing offers.
  • Comfortable working with ATS/CRM systems (we will orient you on our version).
