About the Role

The Company is in search of an Investment Banking Vice President to join its Capital Markets team. The successful candidate will be a key advisor to corporate and sponsor-backed clients, leading the execution of a variety of capital-raising transactions. This role involves managing the entire transaction process, from origination to closing, and requires a professional with a strong capital markets background, proven execution experience, and the ability to mentor and manage junior team members. The Vice President will also be responsible for developing and reviewing financial analyses, coordinating with various stakeholders, and supporting senior bankers in business development and client relationship management. Applicants for the Vice President position should have 4-7 years' of investment banking experience, with a specific focus on capital markets, and a track record of executing equity, debt, and other financing transactions. The role demands a candidate with strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple live transactions and lead a team. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills are essential. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus. The ideal candidate will be adept at monitoring market activity, industry trends, and investor sentiment, and will be comfortable participating in client meetings, pitches, and strategic advisory discussions.
