Associate Director, Customer Master, Data Product Owner

Manage and implement customer master and reference data management for JJIM Manage data specifications associated with customer and vendor data Guide local and vendor resources in standard master data management processes, tools, and business rules Manage data inventory and infrastructure to ensure data quality and appropriate organizational use Act as subject matter expert on Customer Master Data and Platform opportunities Govern business rules and manage the process for changes and enhancements Provide regular communications on data quality status Manage Healthcare Organizational relationships and Healthcare Professional affiliations Partner with IT and business partners to resolve data issues and support complex data initiatives Support data acquisition and contracting and ensure value from data-related investments Own the Account Data Product as the source of truth for Healthcare Organizational Account data Define the data product vision, roadmap, value proposition, and measurements Identify new use cases and projects and drive ongoing adoption and tracking Lead data pipeline quality and application for sales and marketing Define data management best practices and processes for customer and vendor data Lead solution design and development of a single source of truth through MDM Customer and Account data products Integrate master data and data products with operational systems Implement MDM standards, enforce data governance, and ensure data integrity across platforms Lead MDM activities including cleanse, survivorship, and match rules Track team progress, risks, issues, and project value for leadership Oversee data change requests and resolve data quality problems through sustainable solutions Facilitate requirements gathering with business data experts and IT Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues Collaborate with IT teams to implement plans and programs Define and implement data strategy, policies, controls, and programs for accurate, complete, secure, and reliable enterprise data Requirements BA/BS undergraduate degree or equivalent in Business, Technology, Analytics or Health Sciences is required 7+ years of experience in data management, analytics, insights or other commercial excellence areas within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry Proficiency in data sources/products and pharma industry syndicated/secondary data from
