This position offers the flexibility of remote work, enabling you to deliver high-quality counseling from the comfort of your home or office. However, you will also have access to our outpatient office for in-person sessions as required. Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs, utilizing tools and methodologies that ensure accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning.

  • Provide individualized therapy sessions tailored to each client’s unique concerns, incorporating evidence-based techniques and therapeutic modalities.

  • Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, continuously tracking their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

  • As a proficient teletherapist, conduct virtual therapy sessions for clients who prefer or require remote access to care.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate client documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about emerging trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and face various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction.   • A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in addiction treatment and familiarity with trauma-informed care principles will be considered advantageous. Candidates with a background in group and family therapy will also be favored to enrich the therapeutic services we provide.

  • Annual salary ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
