Here’s what you’ll need Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program in Human Resources, an MBA program with a concentration in Human Resources, or a Master’s degree program in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Ideally, you’ll also have: 3.0 GPA or higher A previous internship related to your field of study Excellent oral and written communication skills Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and a results‑oriented mindset Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity Exceptional collaboration and relationship‑building abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Experience working with Artificial Intelligence tools All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
