Desert Ready Mix is a well-established company in Arizona. We have been open since 2014. We are always looking for dedicated individuals with a strong work ethic and a friendly attitude to join our growing Desert Ready Mix Concrete team. We take pride in delivering high-quality concrete products and exceptional service to our customers.

- Develop positive relationships with co-workers’ drivers and customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Assist with inbound customer and driver calls
- Enter customer orders accurately and timely into dispatch system
- Review orders for accuracy
- Manage time efficiently and work effectively with all members of the dispatch team
- Communicate information to supervisors and/or customers via messaging, telephone, and internal dispatching system
- Assist with schedules as needed throughout the day
- Customer Service follow-up as needed
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team
- Commitment to exceeding expectations
- Beginner to intermediate skill set of Microsoft Office
- Experience working Command Alkon
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams with strong interpersonal skills
- Always ask the right questions
- Pre-employment drug test required
