MWMS System Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an MWMS System Administrator to support the implementation of Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (WMS) and Transportation Management (TM) for ongoing warehouse initiatives. The role will focus on supporting testing, implementation, and system administration activities, working closely with implementation and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to ongoing Manhattan Active WMS/TM implementation initiatives
Support system testing and implementation activities
Execute test scenarios and validate functional outcomes
Participate in defect identification, tracking, and resolution processes
Assist with day-to-day system administration tasks during implementation
Publish, track, and present progress and status reports to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business, and implementation partners

Required Skills & Experience:

Foundational knowledge or hands-on exposure to Manhattan Active WMS
Exposure to Manhattan Active TM is preferred
Prior implementation experience on Manhattan Active platform is a strong plus
Experience executing test cases and test scenarios
Understanding of defect management lifecycle
Strong communication and documentation skills
