PRN Physical Therapist
We're hiring a PRN Physical Therapist to provide in-home care across Northern Virginia. You'll be visiting adult and geriatric patients in their homes, doing the hands-on PT work that actually makes a difference on a schedule you build around your life. This role is a good fit for PTs who want clinical autonomy and real one-on-one time with patients without committing to full-time hours.
Pick up visits based on your availability you tell us when you're free, we route patients your way
Provide home health physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients
Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver rehabilitation services focused on strength, balance, and mobility
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
Coordinate with our clinical team and patients' physicians on care planning
Document in the field on a company-issued tablet through WellSky
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Virginia
12 years of clinical experience preferred but not required
Home health and OASIS experience preferred if you don't have it yet, our clinical team will get you trained before you take your first visit on your own
WellSky experience is a plus but not required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Based out of our Falls Church office, we cover Falls Church and the surrounding Northern Virginia communities Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, McLean, Vienna, Reston, Herndon, Annandale, Springfield, and more. You'll generally work the area closest to where you live.
