About the Opportunity

We are preparing to launch an innovative recruiting and staffing solution designed specifically for Industrial Manufacturing and Owner-Operator small to mid-sized businesses.

As an intern, you will help bring this groundbreaking service to market through digital marketing, content creation, AI-powered media production, and social media campaign execution.

What You'll Do

Product Launch & Digital Marketing

• Assist in the development and execution of a product launch strategy
• Support multi-channel marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Facebook
• Help create and schedule engaging social media content
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for increased engagement and brand awareness

AI-Powered Content Creation

• Collaborate on the creation of a commercial advertisement utilizing AI technology and Canva
• Leverage emerging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other innovative platforms
• Assist with video content development, editing, and digital storytelling
• Explore new technologies and recommend creative solutions that enhance campaign effectiveness

Brand Development & Client Engagement

• Help communicate the value proposition of service offerings
• Participate in brainstorming sessions focused on customer acquisition and market positioning
• Contribute ideas for lead generation, audience targeting, and digital engagement strategies

Business Operations Exposure

• Gain hands-on experience with recruiting, staffing, sales, marketing, and client development initiatives
• Learn how CRM and ATS platforms support customer relationship management and talent acquisition
• Observe and participate in real business meetings and strategy discussions
