Bilingual Back Office Medical Assistant | Plano, TX

We're looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Medical Assistant to support our back office operations and deliver exceptional care.

This full-time role runs MondayFriday, 8:30 AM5:00 PM, and offers a collaborative environment where your skills truly make a difference.

Your Role:

• Assist inpatient care tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and collecting medical histories, with a focus on oncology and colon/rectal patients.
• Support physicians and nurses with clinical duties, including administering injections, coordinating procedures, and assisting during specialized treatments.
• Maintain and organize patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with front office staff and medical teams to ensure seamless patient care and workflow.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM - No weekends!

Pay:

• Up to $20-$23hr *based on experience.

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with Athena software
• Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) Required

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plano, TX.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
