Be Ready Alliance Coordinating for Emergencies (BRACE) works to strengthen community resilience by preparing individuals and families, particularly those in low‑income and underserved communities. Member Duties The VISTA member will build organizational capacity by developing partnership networks, workforce readiness resources, and volunteer engagement systems that increase opportunities for community involvement and long‑term sustainability.
