Job Description: Senior Sales Representative - Fashion Accessories (Wholesale / B2B) Location: Greater New York City Area (Showroom in Midtown, NY or Back-Office in Union, NJ) Travel: Extensive travel to assigned territory (North America, Central America, or South America) About The Role ODIN Fashion is seeking experienced and dynamic Sales Representatives to join our team. Each representative will manage a designated territory, building strong client relationships, driving sales, and representing our brand at trade shows and in customer engagements. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the local market, and the ability to foster client relationships that align with ODIN’s legacy of quality and personalized service. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers, within the assigned territory: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets. Represent ODIN Fashion at domestic trade shows and events, including ASD Marketweek, WWDMAGIC, and others. Conduct on-site client meetings and showroom appointments in NYC, as well as facilitiate warehouse visits in NJ. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (design, supply chain, and production) to ensure market-aligned product offerings. Provide comprehensive feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to inform product development and sales strategies. Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including quoting, negotiating, and order fulfillment. Prepare regular reports, line sheets, and forecasts using tools like Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in fashion, accessories, or related industries. Established network of industry contacts within the assigned territory. Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency based on the territory is preferred: North America (Korean Preferred), Central America (Spanish Required), and South America (Spanish Required). Proficiency with Mac, Android, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to travel internationally and attend industry events as required.
