Strategic HR Leader for Health Network & Union Relations (Portland)

A Federally Qualified Health Center seeks a Chief Human Resources Officer to lead human resources functions. This role includes overseeing labor relations, recruitment, workforce planning, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of HR experience, including senior leadership and 5 years in Union HR. This position requires strong management skills, strategic planning capabilities, and the ability to foster positive labor relations. Both office and remote work are expected in this role.
