We are in need of a Maintenance Technician for nights(up to 11 PM) and weekends. We are in the property management business. We have needs for small maintenance items (changing filters, batteries, adjusting TVs, etc.) or items that need to be delivered. This will also involve going to the property while the guests are there and making sure their needs are met, such as fixing small items, delivering a new set of sheets, changing out sheets, or delivering an item they need. Must be able to work nights and/or weekends.
