About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to spearhead the development of a robust growth and demand engine. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing multi-channel demand strategies, including SEO/SEM, Paid Social, Email, and emerging channels. This role involves setting and owning targets, developing compelling campaigns, and leading the approach to ensure the company is visible across various discovery platforms. The Head of Growth Marketing will also be tasked with owning the conversion funnel, partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize user experience, and building a data-driven, test-and-learn model to continuously improve performance. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing within B2B SaaS companies, with a proven track record of pipeline ownership and multi-channel demand engine development. The role requires a hands-on approach to SEO/SEM, Paid Social, Email, AEO, and CRO, as well as experience in managing execution through contractors and agencies. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills are essential, as is a creative marketing mindset with a focus on campaigns that drive conversions. While not mandatory, experience in building a growth function from the ground up and a background in marketing to mission-driven or grant-funded organizations are considered advantageous.
