Press Brake Operator Opportunity
Are you a skilled Press Brake Operator ready for your next career move? We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team on the 2nd shift in Gainesville, GA. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your expertise in operating CNC Press Brake machines while contributing to a dynamic and supportive work environment.
What You'll Do:
- Engage in the precise machining and bending of parts by following detailed operation procedures and drawings.
- Program and adjust the press brake to ensure parts are crafted to perfection according to specifications.
- Select and utilize the correct tooling for each operation, ensuring completed parts meet accuracy standards.
- Accurately log all time related to setup and machining tasks, ensuring the correct job codes are used.
- Conduct quality inspections every 5 parts to maintain high standards.
- Complete production logs meticulously, including details on quantities, scrap, and materials used.
- Perform regular maintenance and housekeeping to keep machines and the work area in top condition.
- Support the machine shop and assist with machine maintenance as needed.
- Participate in additional tasks and projects as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating CNC press brake machines, with a maximum of 5 years preferred.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong understanding of press brake tooling, material types, and thicknesses.
- Proficiency in using measuring gauges and calipers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
- Strong coordination, time management, and communication abilities.
- Ability to commute or relocate to Gainesville, GA 30504.

Physical Requirements:
