The Die Setter Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of plastic injection mold machines within a large production team. This technician is responsible for accurately setting and pulling molds, conducting quality inspections, troubleshooting machine issues, and strictly adhering to safety standards. This position does not involve routine maintenance or travel, allowing for focused expertise on die setting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up plastic injection mold machines for production runs
• Pull and set molds with precision to ensure product quality
• Conduct quality inspections to verify mold alignment and output
• Troubleshoot equipment issues related to die setting
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures on the production floor

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in die setting
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machinery operation
• Familiarity with precision measurement tools
• Knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment
