Catering Sales Lead – Slice House (Meridian, ID)

Hourly + Commission | Part-Time or Full-Time | Experience Required

Slice House is expanding in Meridian, and we’re looking for a Catering Sales Lead who knows how to build relationships, drive revenue, and represent a high‑energy, high‑quality brand. This role is perfect for someone who is naturally outgoing, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely enjoys the hunt of sales.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and grow catering sales through outreach, networking, and community engagement
• Build relationships with local businesses, schools, sports programs, event planners, and corporate offices
• Respond quickly to catering inquiries and convert leads into orders
• Create repeat business through exceptional follow‑up and customer service
• Coordinate with store leadership to ensure smooth execution of catering orders
• Represent Slice House at community events, tastings, and local partnerships
• Track sales activity and maintain an organized pipeline

What We’re Looking For

• Proven catering, restaurant, or hospitality sales experience (required)
• A natural people-person: outgoing, friendly, confident, and comfortable talking to anyone
• Strong communication and follow‑up skills
• Self‑motivated with a hunter mentality — you like chasing business, not waiting for it
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple leads at once
• Knowledge of the Meridian/Boise business community is a plus

Compensation

• Hourly pay + commission on catering sales
