Job Title

Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

San Francisco, CA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to Labor and Delivery patients throughout all stages of labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum
• Circulate C-section procedures as required
• Deliver postpartum care and support to patients and newborns
• Float to other units or facilities as needed when staffing needs arise
• Complete required orientation modules prior to start and annually as assigned
• Work every other weekend as part of the standard schedule

Required Qualifications

• Active California RN license (must be in hand prior to start)
• BSN required
• Current AHA ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications
• AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification
• Minimum 3 years of Labor and Delivery RN experience, with at least 1 year of recent experience
• Postpartum experience and demonstrated ability to circulate C-sections

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing assignment experience
• Teaching hospital experience
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records
